Stevenson’s East Building Addition in Lincolnshire, IL is a 50,000 square foot science classroom addition that earned LEED Platinum Certification, Platinum Certification for the Living Architecture Performance Tool and is currently pursuing Net Zero Certification through the International Living Future Institute. Opened In August 2019, the project received a grant from the Illinois Clean Energy Community Foundation for Net Zero Energy and is currently several months into its performance period to earn its last certification and earn its status as a verified net zero energy building.
