Net Zero Case Study: River Trails School Renovation

The River Trails School District 26 Kindergarten and Preschool Learning Center is an envelope and systems retrofit of an existing 1960s elementary school. It is designed to offset all of its energy needs with onsite renewable energy and is currently pursuing PHIUS+2018 and PHIUS+ Source Zero Certifications. The project is a recipient of the Net Zero Building Grant from the Illinois Clean Energy Community Foundation.
