In this two-part session, we feature the work of Greenline Homes LLC. Greenline Homes currently has 26 new construction, net-zero ready, all-electric homes underway and/or completed in both the Woodlawn and Bronzeville communities within the City of Chicago.
The webinar portion of this program includes an “inside the walls” presentation that highlights some of construction practices integrated into these homes. Viewers will learn about the unique attributes of these developments, how to help sell the competitive advantages of these homes, what it’s like to live & own an all-electric home, and lessons learned along the way.
